The TS73 EMF offers an electro-magnetic hold-open unit for fire doors linked with a fire alarm system - a free swing arm option is also available. Alternatively the TS73 EMF the closer can be used in conjunction with DORMA RMZ smoke detectors and power supply units for stand alone solutions where a fire alarm system is not in place.
